BRING YOUR SCHOOL INTO THE SCENE

Want The Drop at your school?

Request your high school or college. We’ll review it before setting up your school’s organizer access.

Your details are visible only to Admin for reviewing and responding to this request. Students can suggest a school; organizer access requires separate approval.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Built for your crowd.

Does it work indoors and outdoors?

Yes, the app supports indoor and outdoor event setups. Live Drops need reliable internet: Wi-Fi or cellular data. Venue Wi-Fi may help when indoor cellular coverage is weak. Test the connection before your event.

Assigned seats or bleachers?

For assigned seating, enter your row and seat in the organizer’s configured section. For bleachers or open seating, choose a zone or use the fixed sign scan when enabled. Camera positioning is experimental. Everyone confirms their current spot for each Drop.

Can anyone organize a Drop?

Organizers need approved school access. Submitting a school request doesn’t grant organizer permissions. Your school’s initial event invitations come from an approved organizer or Admin; participants can pass those invitations along.

Do more participants improve the picture?

Each phone contributes a pixel. More participants spread across the display area fill gaps and improve detail. Accurate positioning matters too; a larger group concentrated in one corner won’t fill the whole picture.

Can organizers upload images and videos?

Custom uploads are planned and aren’t available yet. Current effects include swirls, spirals, bullseyes, a winking eye, checkerboards, color wipes, hearts, waves, text, stripes, color pulses and a noise meter.
